Our goal is to help small businesses to increase their efficiency and effectiveness by assisting them in managing their bookkeeping, compliance reporting, tax planning, and tax return preparation. We also provide tax returns for individuals.

Jeanine DiGiacomo, Owner Tax Consultant and Bookkeeper Jeanine has over 15 years of experience working with small to medium sized companies within the San Francisco Bay Area. She is a Registered Tax Preparer with the California Tax Education Council (CTEC) and is a member of the East Bay Society of Enrolled Agents (EBAEA). Jeanine worked with an Enrolled Agent in a large practice for several years, preparing complex tax returns and performing bookkeeping and accounting work. She also took college classes in Accounting, Bookkeeping, and Human Resources. Utilizing her wide experience, Jeanine has developed a professional practice to serve individuals and small businesses in all areas of tax preparation, compliance and bookkeeping. She also maintains a network of contacts with other professionals who can assist with specialized circumstances. |
